Rig Veda 8.2.31

ए॒वेदे॒ष तु॑विकू॒र्मिर्वाजाँ॒ एको॒ वज्र॑हस्तः । स॒नादमृ॑क्तो दयते ॥
एवेदेष तुविकूर्मिर्वाजाँ एको वज्रहस्तः । सनादमृक्तो दयते ॥
eved eṣa tuvikūrmir vājām̐ eko vajrahastaḥ | sanād amṛkto dayate ||

English translation:

“Verily this accomplisher of many acts, the chief (among the gods), the wielder of the thunderbolt, hewho has ever been unconquered, gives food (to his votaries).”
