Rig Veda 8.2.14

उ॒क्थं च॒न श॒स्यमा॑न॒मगो॑र॒रिरा चि॑केत । न गा॑य॒त्रं गी॒यमा॑नम् ॥
उक्थं चन शस्यमानमगोररिरा चिकेत । न गायत्रं गीयमानम् ॥
ukthaṃ cana śasyamānam agor arir ā ciketa | na gāyatraṃ gīyamānam ||

English translation:

“(Indra), the enemy of the unbeliever, apprehends whatever prayer is being repeated, whatever chant isbeing chanted.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Agor arir ā ciketa, the enemy of him who does not praise, astutus' śatrur indraḥ
