Rig Veda 8.2.4

इन्द्र॒ इत्सो॑म॒पा एक॒ इन्द्र॑: सुत॒पा वि॒श्वायु॑: । अ॒न्तर्दे॒वान्मर्त्याँ॑श्च ॥
इन्द्र इत्सोमपा एक इन्द्रः सुतपा विश्वायुः । अन्तर्देवान्मर्त्याँश्च ॥
indra it somapā eka indraḥ sutapā viśvāyuḥ | antar devān martyām̐ś ca ||

English translation:

Indra verily is the chief drinker of the Soma among gods and men, the drinker of the effused libation, theaccepter of all kinds of offerings.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

The chief drinker of the Soma: ekaḥ somapāḥ, he alone is to be presentedwith the entire libation; the other gods are only sharers of a part, ekadeśa bhājaḥ
