Rig Veda 8.1.2

अ॒व॒क्र॒क्षिणं॑ वृष॒भं य॑था॒जुरं॒ गां न च॑र्षणी॒सह॑म् । वि॒द्वेष॑णं सं॒वन॑नोभयंक॒रं मंहि॑ष्ठमुभया॒विन॑म् ॥
अवक्रक्षिणं वृषभं यथाजुरं गां न चर्षणीसहम् । विद्वेषणं संवननोभयंकरं मंहिष्ठमुभयाविनम् ॥
avakrakṣiṇaṃ vṛṣabhaṃ yathājuraṃ gāṃ na carṣaṇīsaham | vidveṣaṇaṃ saṃvananobhayaṃkaram maṃhiṣṭham ubhayāvinam ||
English translation:
“A bull rushing (upon his foes), undecaying, like an ox, the overcomer of (hostile) men, the hater (ofadversaries), the venerable, the displayer of both (enmity and favour), the munificent, the distributor of both(celestial and terrestrial riches).”
Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya
Displayer of both: ubhayaṃkaram = nigrahānugrahayoḥ kartāram; distributorof both: ubhayāvinam = having the faculty of protecting both fixed and moveable things; or, being honoured byboth those who recite his praises and those who offer oblations
