इ॒यं वां॑ ब्रह्मणस्पते सुवृ॒क्तिर्ब्रह्मेन्द्रा॑य व॒ज्रिणे॑ अकारि । अ॒वि॒ष्टं धियो॑ जिगृ॒तं पुरं॑धीर्जज॒स्तम॒र्यो व॒नुषा॒मरा॑तीः ॥
इयं वां ब्रह्मणस्पते सुवृक्तिर्ब्रह्मेन्द्राय वज्रिणे अकारि । अविष्टं धियो जिगृतं पुरंधीर्जजस्तमर्यो वनुषामरातीः ॥
iyaṃ vām brahmaṇas pate suvṛktir brahmendrāya vajriṇe akāri | aviṣṭaṃ dhiyo jigṛtam puraṃdhīr jajastam aryo vanuṣām arātīḥ ||
English translation:
“This praise has been offered as prayer to you both, Brahmaṇaspati and Indra, the wielder of thethunderbolt; protect our ceremonies; hear our manifold praise; annihilate the assailing adversaries of yourworshippers.”
