ता हि दे॒वाना॒मसु॑रा॒ ताव॒र्या ता न॑: क्षि॒तीः क॑रतमू॒र्जय॑न्तीः । अ॒श्याम॑ मित्रावरुणा व॒यं वां॒ द्यावा॑ च॒ यत्र॑ पी॒पय॒न्नहा॑ च ॥
ता हि देवानामसुरा तावर्या ता नः क्षितीः करतमूर्जयन्तीः । अश्याम मित्रावरुणा वयं वां द्यावा च यत्र पीपयन्नहा च ॥
tā hi devānām asurā tāv aryā tā naḥ kṣitīḥ karatam ūrjayantīḥ | aśyāma mitrāvaruṇā vayaṃ vāṃ dyāvā ca yatra pīpayann ahā ca ||

English translation:

“They verily are mighty among the gods; they are rulers; they bestow upon us a numerous posterity;may we obtain from you, Mitra and Varuṇa, whether on earth or in heaven, and whereever the (passing) daysmay preserve us.”
