Rig Veda 7.64.1

दि॒वि क्षय॑न्ता॒ रज॑सः पृथि॒व्यां प्र वां॑ घृ॒तस्य॑ नि॒र्णिजो॑ ददीरन् । ह॒व्यं नो॑ मि॒त्रो अ॑र्य॒मा सुजा॑तो॒ राजा॑ सुक्ष॒त्रो वरु॑णो जुषन्त ॥
दिवि क्षयन्ता रजसः पृथिव्यां प्र वां घृतस्य निर्णिजो ददीरन् । हव्यं नो मित्रो अर्यमा सुजातो राजा सुक्षत्रो वरुणो जुषन्त ॥
divi kṣayantā rajasaḥ pṛthivyām pra vāṃ ghṛtasya nirṇijo dadīran | havyaṃ no mitro aryamā sujāto rājā sukṣatro varuṇo juṣanta ||

English translation:

“Ruling over the water that are in heaven and earth, impelled by you, (the clouds) assume the form ofrain may the auspiciously manifested Mitra, the royal Aryaman, the powerul Varuṇa, accept our oblatioṇ”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Impelled by you the clouds: pra vām ghṛtasya nirṇijo dadīran = yuvābhyām preritā meghā udakasyarūpāṇi prayacchanti, impelled by you the clouds give the forms of water; or, ghṛta keeps its ordinary sense,the forms of butter, i.e., oblations, are given to you
