Rig Veda 7.62.1

उत्सूर्यो॑ बृ॒हद॒र्चींष्य॑श्रेत्पु॒रु विश्वा॒ जनि॑म॒ मानु॑षाणाम् । स॒मो दि॒वा द॑दृशे॒ रोच॑मान॒: क्रत्वा॑ कृ॒तः सुकृ॑तः क॒र्तृभि॑र्भूत् ॥
उत्सूर्यो बृहदर्चींष्यश्रेत्पुरु विश्वा जनिम मानुषाणाम् । समो दिवा ददृशे रोचमानः क्रत्वा कृतः सुकृतः कर्तृभिर्भूत् ॥
ut sūryo bṛhad arcīṃṣy aśret puru viśvā janima mānuṣāṇām | samo divā dadṛśe rocamānaḥ kratvā kṛtaḥ sukṛtaḥ kartṛbhir bhūt ||

English translation:

Sūrya spreads his vast and numerous rays over all the crowds of men; shining bright by day, he isbeheld (by all) the same, the creator, the created, he is glorified by his worshippers.”

The creator: kratvā kṛtaḥ= sarvasya kartā prajāpatinā sam;pāditaḥ, the maker of all produced by Prajāpati
