Rig Veda 7.60.11

यो ब्रह्म॑णे सुम॒तिमा॒यजा॑ते॒ वाज॑स्य सा॒तौ प॑र॒मस्य॑ रा॒यः । सीक्ष॑न्त म॒न्युं म॒घवा॑नो अ॒र्य उ॒रु क्षया॑य चक्रिरे सु॒धातु॑ ॥
यो ब्रह्मणे सुमतिमायजाते वाजस्य सातौ परमस्य रायः । सीक्षन्त मन्युं मघवानो अर्य उरु क्षयाय चक्रिरे सुधातु ॥
yo brahmaṇe sumatim āyajāte vājasya sātau paramasya rāyaḥ | sīkṣanta manyum maghavāno arya uru kṣayāya cakrire sudhātu ||
English translation:
“These munificent (deities) conjointly accept the praise of the worshipper, and bestow a spaciousmansion for a dwelling upon him who, for the sake of food and excellent riches, devotes his mind to yourglorification.”

Yo brahmaṇe sumatim āyajāte = yo yajamāno dadāti śobhanām buddhim yuṣmatstoktrūpāya, the instrumental tutor of the rite, who gives pure or pious understanding tot he nature or form of yourpraise
