Rig Veda 7.59.3

न॒हि व॑श्चर॒मं च॒न वसि॑ष्ठः परि॒मंस॑ते । अ॒स्माक॑म॒द्य म॑रुतः सु॒ते सचा॒ विश्वे॑ पिबत का॒मिन॑: ॥
नहि वश्चरमं चन वसिष्ठः परिमंसते । अस्माकमद्य मरुतः सुते सचा विश्वे पिबत कामिनः ॥
nahi vaś caramaṃ cana vasiṣṭhaḥ parimaṃsate | asmākam adya marutaḥ sute sacā viśve pibata kāminaḥ ||

English translation:

Vasiṣṭha overlooks not the very lowest among you; Maruts, who are desirous (of the libation), do youall drink together today of our effused Soma.”
