Sanskrit text [Accents, Plain, Transliterated]:
ए॒तानि॒ धीरो॑ नि॒ण्या चि॑केत॒ पृश्नि॒र्यदूधो॑ म॒ही ज॒भार॑ ॥
एतानि धीरो निण्या चिकेत पृश्निर्यदूधो मही जभार ॥
etāni dhīro niṇyā ciketa pṛśnir yad ūdho mahī jabhāra ||
English translation:
“The sage may know those white-complexioned beings (the Maruts), whom the vast Pṛṣṇi born at herudder.”
Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya
White-complexioned: etāni ninya = śveta varṇāni bhūtāni marutātmakāni, white-coloured beings,identical with the Maruts; bore at her udder: udho babhāra: udhas = firmament of the womb
