Rig Veda 7.45.1

आ दे॒वो या॑तु सवि॒ता सु॒रत्नो॑ऽन्तरिक्ष॒प्रा वह॑मानो॒ अश्वै॑: । हस्ते॒ दधा॑नो॒ नर्या॑ पु॒रूणि॑ निवे॒शय॑ञ्च प्रसु॒वञ्च॒ भूम॑ ॥
आ देवो यातु सविता सुरत्नोऽन्तरिक्षप्रा वहमानो अश्वैः । हस्ते दधानो नर्या पुरूणि निवेशयञ्च प्रसुवञ्च भूम ॥
ā devo yātu savitā suratno 'ntarikṣaprā vahamāno aśvaiḥ | haste dadhāno naryā purūṇi niveśayañ ca prasuvañ ca bhūma ||

English translation:

“Borne by his steeds, may the divine Savitā, who is possessed of precious treasure, and filling thefirmament (with radiance), come hither, holding in his hands many things good for man, and (both) tranquilizingand animating living beings.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Niveśayan ca prasuvan ca bhūma = bhūtāni rātriṣu sve sthāpayanscaahahsu prerayansca, plural cing beings at night in their own stations, and urging them on by day
