Rig Veda 7.40.5

अ॒स्य दे॒वस्य॑ मी॒ळ्हुषो॑ व॒या विष्णो॑रे॒षस्य॑ प्रभृ॒थे ह॒विर्भि॑: । वि॒दे हि रु॒द्रो रु॒द्रियं॑ महि॒त्वं या॑सि॒ष्टं व॒र्तिर॑श्विना॒विरा॑वत् ॥
अस्य देवस्य मीळ्हुषो वया विष्णोरेषस्य प्रभृथे हविर्भिः । विदे हि रुद्रो रुद्रियं महित्वं यासिष्टं वर्तिरश्विनाविरावत् ॥
asya devasya mīḻhuṣo vayā viṣṇor eṣasya prabhṛthe havirbhiḥ | vide hi rudro rudriyam mahitvaṃ yāsiṣṭaṃ vartir aśvināv irāvat ||

English translation:

“I propitiate with oblations the ramifications of that divine attainable Viṣṇu, the showerer of benefits;Rudra, bestow upon us the magnificence of his nature; the Aśvins have come to our dwelling abond with(sacrificial) food.”

Ramifications: vayāḥ, branches; all other deities, as it were, branches of Viṣṇu: anye devāhśākhā iva bhavanti; citing a text: viṣṇu is all divinities, viṣṇuḥ sarā devatā iti śruteḥ: viṣnuḥ sarvādevatāḥ (Aitareya Brāhmaṇa 1.1)
