उ॒वोचि॑थ॒ हि म॑घवन्दे॒ष्णं म॒हो अर्भ॑स्य॒ वसु॑नो विभा॒गे । उ॒भा ते॑ पू॒र्णा वसु॑ना॒ गभ॑स्ती॒ न सू॒नृता॒ नि य॑मते वस॒व्या॑ ॥
उवोचिथ हि मघवन्देष्णं महो अर्भस्य वसुनो विभागे । उभा ते पूर्णा वसुना गभस्ती न सूनृता नि यमते वसव्या ॥
uvocitha hi maghavan deṣṇam maho arbhasya vasuno vibhāge | ubhā te pūrṇā vasunā gabhastī na sūnṛtā ni yamate vasavyā ||
English translation:
“You, Maghavan, have determined what is to be given in the apportionment of much or of little wealth,for both your hands are full of treasure, and your sincere (promises) of riches do not restrain them.”
