राजा॑ रा॒ष्ट्रानां॒ पेशो॑ न॒दीना॒मनु॑त्तमस्मै क्ष॒त्रं वि॒श्वायु॑ ॥
राजा राष्ट्रानां पेशो नदीनामनुत्तमस्मै क्षत्रं विश्वायु ॥
rājā rāṣṭrānām peśo nadīnām anuttam asmai kṣatraṃ viśvāyu ||

English translation:

“He is the king of kings; the beauty of the rivers his all-pervading strength is irresistible.”
