Rig Veda 7.19.9

स॒द्यश्चि॒न्नु ते म॑घवन्न॒भिष्टौ॒ नर॑: शंसन्त्युक्थ॒शास॑ उ॒क्था । ये ते॒ हवे॑भि॒र्वि प॒णीँरदा॑शन्न॒स्मान्वृ॑णीष्व॒ युज्या॑य॒ तस्मै॑ ॥
सद्यश्चिन्नु ते मघवन्नभिष्टौ नरः शंसन्त्युक्थशास उक्था । ये ते हवेभिर्वि पणीँरदाशन्नस्मान्वृणीष्व युज्याय तस्मै ॥
sadyaś cin nu te maghavann abhiṣṭau naraḥ śaṃsanty ukthaśāsa ukthā | ye te havebhir vi paṇīm̐r adāśann asmān vṛṇīṣva yujyāya tasmai ||

English translation:

“The leader (of rites), reciters of prayers, offer, Maghavan, prayers devoutly for your adoration; they bytheir praises have appropriated the wealth of the niggards; select us (as the objects) of your friendship.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

By theirpraises: ye te havebhir vi pāṇin adaśan: apradānaśīlān vaṇijo api dhanāni viśeṣeṇadāpayan, theyhave made to give, or have mulched, especially in their riches, those traders who are not donors of offerings
