Rig Veda 7.18.7

आ प॒क्थासो॑ भला॒नसो॑ भन॒न्तालि॑नासो विषा॒णिन॑: शि॒वास॑: । आ योऽन॑यत्सध॒मा आर्य॑स्य ग॒व्या तृत्सु॑भ्यो अजगन्यु॒धा नॄन् ॥
आ पक्थासो भलानसो भनन्तालिनासो विषाणिनः शिवासः । आ योऽनयत्सधमा आर्यस्य गव्या तृत्सुभ्यो अजगन्युधा नॄन् ॥
ā pakthāso bhalānaso bhanantālināso viṣāṇinaḥ śivāsaḥ | ā yo 'nayat sadhamā āryasya gavyā tṛtsubhyo ajagan yudhā nṝn ||

English translation:

“Those who dress the oblation, those who pronounce auspicious words, those who abstain frompenance, those who bear horns (in their hands), those who bestow happiness (on the world by sacrifice), glorifythat Indra, who recovered the cattle of the Arya from the plural nderers, who slew the enemies in battle.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Those whodress: Denominations of the person ns assisting at religious rites are: 1. pakthāsaḥ, haviṣam pācakaḥ, cooks ofthe butter offered in oblation; 2. bhalānasaḥ, bhadra vācinaḥ, speakers of that which is lucky; 3. alināsaḥ,tapobhir apravṛddhaḥ, not eminent by austerities; 4. viṣāṇinaḥ, having black horns in their hands for thepurpose of scratching kaṇḍuyanārtham, the same as dīkṣitaḥ, having undergone the preliminary purificationcalled dīkṣa; 5. śivāsaḥ, yāgādinā sarvasya lokasya śivakaraḥ, the makers happy of all people bysacrifice and the like
