Rig Veda 7.16.9

स म॒न्द्रया॑ च जि॒ह्वया॒ वह्नि॑रा॒सा वि॒दुष्ट॑रः । अग्ने॑ र॒यिं म॒घव॑द्भ्यो न॒ आ व॑ह ह॒व्यदा॑तिं च सूदय ॥
स मन्द्रया च जिह्वया वह्निरासा विदुष्टरः । अग्ने रयिं मघवद्भ्यो न आ वह हव्यदातिं च सूदय ॥
sa mandrayā ca jihvayā vahnir āsā viduṣṭaraḥ | agne rayim maghavadbhyo na ā vaha havyadātiṃ ca sūdaya ||

English translation:

“The most wise Agni is the bearer (of oblations), as the mouth of the gods with his graceful tongue (offlame); bring riches, Agni, to the affluent (in sacrifices); encourage the donor of the oblation.”
