त्रिश्चि॑द॒क्तोः प्र चि॑कितु॒र्वसू॑नि॒ त्वे अ॒न्तर्दा॒शुषे॒ मर्त्या॑य । म॒नु॒ष्वद॑ग्न इ॒ह य॑क्षि दे॒वान्भवा॑ नो दू॒तो अ॑भिशस्ति॒पावा॑ ॥
त्रिश्चिदक्तोः प्र चिकितुर्वसूनि त्वे अन्तर्दाशुषे मर्त्याय । मनुष्वदग्न इह यक्षि देवान्भवा नो दूतो अभिशस्तिपावा ॥
triś cid aktoḥ pra cikitur vasūni tve antar dāśuṣe martyāya | manuṣvad agna iha yakṣi devān bhavā no dūto abhiśastipāvā ||

English translation:

“In you, Agni, thrice in the day, (the priests) make manifest the treasures (of the oblation) for (the benefitof the) mortal donor; worship the gods on this occasion, Agni, as (you did) for Manu; be our messenger, ourprotector against malignity.”
