Rig Veda 6.75.17

यत्र॑ बा॒णाः स॒म्पत॑न्ति कुमा॒रा वि॑शि॒खा इ॑व । तत्रा॑ नो॒ ब्रह्म॑ण॒स्पति॒रदि॑ति॒: शर्म॑ यच्छतु वि॒श्वाहा॒ शर्म॑ यच्छतु ॥
यत्र बाणाः सम्पतन्ति कुमारा विशिखा इव । तत्रा नो ब्रह्मणस्पतिरदितिः शर्म यच्छतु विश्वाहा शर्म यच्छतु ॥
yatra bāṇāḥ sampatanti kumārā viśikhā iva | tatrā no brahmaṇas patir aditiḥ śarma yacchatu viśvāhā śarma yacchatu ||

English translation:

“Where arrows alight like shaven-headed boys may brahmaṇaspati, may Aditi, grant us happiness every day.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Like shaven-headed boys: kumārā viśikhā iva, like boys without the lock of hair left at shaving; muṇḍitā muṇḍaḥ, shorn-headed; the arrows fall where they like, as boys before they are left with the lock of hair, before the religious tonsure, plural y about where they like
