विश्वे॑ दे॒वा ऋ॑ता॒वृध॑ ऋ॒तुभि॑र्हवन॒श्रुत॑: । जु॒षन्ता॒ युज्यं॒ पय॑: ॥
विश्वे देवा ऋतावृध ऋतुभिर्हवनश्रुतः । जुषन्तां युज्यं पयः ॥
viśve devā ṛtāvṛdha ṛtubhir havanaśrutaḥ | juṣantāṃ yujyam payaḥ ||

English translation:

“Universal gods, augmenters of sacrifice, listening to praises (uttered) at due seasons, accept your appropriate milk-offering.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Yuyam payas, a mixture of milk and curds, termed āmikṣā: cf. tapte payasi dadhyānayat vaiśvadevyāmikṣā, when the milk is boiled he brings the curds, that is, the āmikṣā, proper for the Viśvadevaṣ
