नु नो॑ र॒यिं र॒थ्यं॑ चर्षणि॒प्रां पु॑रु॒वीरं॑ म॒ह ऋ॒तस्य॑ गो॒पाम् । क्षयं॑ दाता॒जरं॒ येन॒ जना॒न्त्स्पृधो॒ अदे॑वीर॒भि च॒ क्रमा॑म॒ विश॒ आदे॑वीर॒भ्य१॒॑श्नवा॑म ॥
नु नो रयिं रथ्यं चर्षणिप्रां पुरुवीरं मह ऋतस्य गोपाम् । क्षयं दाताजरं येन जनान्त्स्पृधो अदेवीरभि च क्रमाम विश आदेवीरभ्यश्नवाम ॥
nu no rayiṃ rathyaṃ carṣaṇiprām puruvīram maha ṛtasya gopām | kṣayaṃ dātājaraṃ yena janān spṛdho adevīr abhi ca kramāma viśa ādevīr abhy aśnavāma ||
English translation:
“Grant us, (universal gods), riches, comprehending chariots, numerous dependants, many male offspring, (wealth) the giver of efficiency to the solemn rite, and a dwelling free from decay, wherewith we may overcome malevolent men and unrighteous (spirits), and afford support to those people who are devoted to the gods.”
