Rig Veda 6.48.16

Sanskrit text [Accents, Plain, Transliterated]:

आ मा॑ पूष॒न्नुप॑ द्रव॒ शंसि॑षं॒ नु ते॑ अपिक॒र्ण आ॑घृणे । अ॒घा अ॒र्यो अरा॑तयः ॥
आ मा पूषन्नुप द्रव शंसिषं नु ते अपिकर्ण आघृणे । अघा अर्यो अरातयः ॥
ā mā pūṣann upa drava śaṃsiṣaṃ nu te apikarṇa āghṛṇe | aghā aryo arātayaḥ ||

English translation:

“Hasten, Pūṣan, to me; (repel), bright deity, (all) deadly assailing foes; close at your side I repeat your praise.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Close at your side: saṃśiṣam nu te karṇa = I celebrate your praise quickly at your ear
