Rig Veda 6.45.20

स हि विश्वा॑नि॒ पार्थि॑वाँ॒ एको॒ वसू॑नि॒ पत्य॑ते । गिर्व॑णस्तमो॒ अध्रि॑गुः ॥
स हि विश्वानि पार्थिवाँ एको वसूनि पत्यते । गिर्वणस्तमो अध्रिगुः ॥
sa hi viśvāni pārthivām̐ eko vasūni patyate | girvaṇastamo adhriguḥ ||

English translation:

“He alone rules over all terrestrial riches, he who is entitled to especial praise, he who is irresistible.”
