Rig Veda 6.45.16

य एक॒ इत्तमु॑ ष्टुहि कृष्टी॒नां विच॑र्षणिः । पति॑र्ज॒ज्ञे वृष॑क्रतुः ॥
य एक इत्तमु ष्टुहि कृष्टीनां विचर्षणिः । पतिर्जज्ञे वृषक्रतुः ॥
ya eka it tam u ṣṭuhi kṛṣṭīnāṃ vicarṣaṇiḥ | patir jajñe vṛṣakratuḥ ||

English translation:

“Praise that Indra who alone has been born the supervisor (of all), the lord of men, the giver of rain.”
