Rig Veda 6.42.1

प्रत्य॑स्मै॒ पिपी॑षते॒ विश्वा॑नि वि॒दुषे॑ भर । अ॒रं॒ग॒माय॒ जग्म॒येऽप॑श्चाद्दघ्वने॒ नरे॑ ॥
प्रत्यस्मै पिपीषते विश्वानि विदुषे भर । अरंगमाय जग्मयेऽपश्चाद्दघ्वने नरे ॥
praty asmai pipīṣate viśvāni viduṣe bhara | araṃgamāya jagmaye 'paścāddaghvane nare ||

English translation:

“Offer, (priests), the libation to him who is desirous to drink; who knows all things; whose movements are all-sufficient; who goes readily (to sacrifices); the leader (of holy rites), following no one.”
