Rig Veda 6.36.1

स॒त्रा मदा॑स॒स्तव॑ वि॒श्वज॑न्याः स॒त्रा रायोऽध॒ ये पार्थि॑वासः । स॒त्रा वाजा॑नामभवो विभ॒क्ता यद्दे॒वेषु॑ धा॒रय॑था असु॒र्य॑म् ॥
सत्रा मदासस्तव विश्वजन्याः सत्रा रायोऽध ये पार्थिवासः । सत्रा वाजानामभवो विभक्ता यद्देवेषु धारयथा असुर्यम् ॥
satrā madāsas tava viśvajanyāḥ satrā rāyo 'dha ye pārthivāsaḥ | satrā vājānām abhavo vibhaktā yad deveṣu dhārayathā asuryam ||

English translation:

“Truly are your exhilarations beneficial to all men; truly are the riches which exist on earth (beneficial to all men); truly are you the distributor of food; wherefore you maintain vigour among the gods.”
