Rig Veda 6.16.38

उप॑ च्छा॒यामि॑व॒ घृणे॒रग॑न्म॒ शर्म॑ ते व॒यम् । अग्ने॒ हिर॑ण्यसंदृशः ॥
उप च्छायामिव घृणेरगन्म शर्म ते वयम् । अग्ने हिरण्यसंदृशः ॥
upa cchāyām iva ghṛṇer aganma śarma te vayam | agne hiraṇyasaṃdṛśaḥ ||

English translation:

“We have recourse, Agni, to the shelter of you, the lustrous, the golden-feathered, as to the shade (of a tree).”
