Rig Veda 6.16.9

त्वं होता॒ मनु॑र्हितो॒ वह्नि॑रा॒सा वि॒दुष्ट॑रः । अग्ने॒ यक्षि॑ दि॒वो विश॑: ॥
त्वं होता मनुर्हितो वह्निरासा विदुष्टरः । अग्ने यक्षि दिवो विशः ॥
tvaṃ hotā manurhito vahnir āsā viduṣṭaraḥ | agne yakṣi divo viśaḥ ||

English translation:

“You have been appointed by manu, the invoker of the gods, the most wise bearer of oblations (to them) by your mouth; worship, Agni, the people of heaven.”
