Rig Veda 6.16.4

Sanskrit text [Accents, Plain, Transliterated]:

त्वामी॑ळे॒ अध॑ द्वि॒ता भ॑र॒तो वा॒जिभि॑: शु॒नम् । ई॒जे य॒ज्ञेषु॑ य॒ज्ञिय॑म् ॥
त्वामीळे अध द्विता भरतो वाजिभिः शुनम् । ईजे यज्ञेषु यज्ञियम् ॥
tvām īḻe adha dvitā bharato vājibhiḥ śunam | īje yajñeṣu yajñiyam ||

English translation:

Bharata, with the presenters of the oblation, has joyfully praised you in your (two-fold capacity), and has worshipped you, the adorable, with sacrifices.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Bharata: the rājā, the son of Duṣyanta; in your two-fold capacity: in the character of bestowing what is wished for and removing wht is undesired; iṣṭa prāptyaniṣṭa parihārarūpeṇāgnir dvidhā
