Rig Veda 6.16.3

वेत्था॒ हि वे॑धो॒ अध्व॑नः प॒थश्च॑ दे॒वाञ्ज॑सा । अग्ने॑ य॒ज्ञेषु॑ सुक्रतो ॥
वेत्था हि वेधो अध्वनः पथश्च देवाञ्जसा । अग्ने यज्ञेषु सुक्रतो ॥
vetthā hi vedho adhvanaḥ pathaś ca devāñjasā | agne yajñeṣu sukrato ||
English translation:
“Agni, doere of great deeds, creator, you know (how to travel over) with speed (great) roads and (little) paths at sacrifices.”
Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya
Adhvanaḥ pathaśca = mahāmārgān, great roads; kṣudra mārgāmśca, little roads or paths; i.e. put the sacrificer into the right way when he is going wrong in the ceremonial or sacrifice
