अ॒स्माक॑मग्ने म॒घव॑त्सु धार॒याना॑मि क्ष॒त्रम॒जरं॑ सु॒वीर्य॑म् । व॒यं ज॑येम श॒तिनं॑ सह॒स्रिणं॒ वैश्वा॑नर॒ वाज॑मग्ने॒ तवो॒तिभि॑: ॥
अस्माकमग्ने मघवत्सु धारयानामि क्षत्रमजरं सुवीर्यम् । वयं जयेम शतिनं सहस्रिणं वैश्वानर वाजमग्ने तवोतिभिः ॥
asmākam agne maghavatsu dhārayānāmi kṣatram ajaraṃ suvīryam | vayaṃ jayema śatinaṃ sahasriṇaṃ vaiśvānara vājam agne tavotibhiḥ ||
English translation:
“Grant, Agni, to us who are affluent in (offerings), wealth that cannot be taken away, that is exempt from decay, and that comprehends excellent male descendants may we obtain, Agni vaiśvānara, hundreds and thousands of viands through your protection.”
