Rig Veda 5.86.5
Sanskrit text [Accents, Plain, Transliterated]:
ता वृ॒धन्ता॒वनु॒ द्यून्मर्ता॑य दे॒वाव॒दभा॑ । अर्ह॑न्ता चित्पु॒रो द॒धेंऽशे॑व दे॒वावर्व॑ते ॥
ता वृधन्तावनु द्यून्मर्ताय देवावदभा । अर्हन्ता चित्पुरो दधेंऽशेव देवावर्वते ॥
tā vṛdhantāv anu dyūn martāya devāv adabhā | arhantā cit puro dadhe 'ṃśeva devāv arvate ||
English translation:
“I adore you, irresistible deities for (the sake of obtaining) horses; you who are increasing day by day like mortals, who are worthy of worship, like two Ādityas.”
Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya
Aṃseva: aṃsa' is the name of one of the twelve Ādityas, here putin the dual, aṃśa iva for any two; aṃśu also connotes Soma
