Rig Veda 5.68.2

स॒म्राजा॒ या घृ॒तयो॑नी मि॒त्रश्चो॒भा वरु॑णश्च । दे॒वा दे॒वेषु॑ प्रश॒स्ता ॥
सम्राजा या घृतयोनी मित्रश्चोभा वरुणश्च । देवा देवेषु प्रशस्ता ॥
samrājā yā ghṛtayonī mitraś cobhā varuṇaś ca | devā deveṣu praśastā ||

English translation:

Mitra and Varuṇa, who are both sovereign rulers, originators of the rain, eminent deities among the gods.”
