Rig Veda 5.61.6

उ॒त त्वा॒ स्त्री शशी॑यसी पुं॒सो भ॑वति॒ वस्य॑सी । अदे॑वत्रादरा॒धस॑: ॥
उत त्वा स्त्री शशीयसी पुंसो भवति वस्यसी । अदेवत्रादराधसः ॥
uta tvā strī śaśīyasī puṃso bhavati vasyasī | adevatrād arādhasaḥ ||

English translation:

“Śaśīyasi, though a feminine le, is more excellent than a man who reverences not the gods, nor bestows wealth.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya
