Rig Veda 5.61.1

के ष्ठा॑ नर॒: श्रेष्ठ॑तमा॒ य एक॑एक आय॒य । प॒र॒मस्या॑: परा॒वत॑: ॥
के ष्ठा नरः श्रेष्ठतमा य एकएक आयय । परमस्याः परावतः ॥
ke ṣṭhā naraḥ śreṣṭhatamā ya eka-eka āyaya | paramasyāḥ parāvataḥ ||

English translation:

“Who are you, most excellent leadeers (of rites), who come one by one from a region exceedingly remote?”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya
