यू॒यं राजा॑न॒मिर्यं॒ जना॑य विभ्वत॒ष्टं ज॑नयथा यजत्राः । यु॒ष्मदे॑ति मुष्टि॒हा बा॒हुजू॑तो यु॒ष्मत्सद॑श्वो मरुतः सु॒वीर॑: ॥
यूयं राजानमिर्यं जनाय विभ्वतष्टं जनयथा यजत्राः । युष्मदेति मुष्टिहा बाहुजूतो युष्मत्सदश्वो मरुतः सुवीरः ॥
yūyaṃ rājānam iryaṃ janāya vibhvataṣṭaṃ janayathā yajatrāḥ | yuṣmad eti muṣṭihā bāhujūto yuṣmat sadaśvo marutaḥ suvīraḥ ||
English translation:
“Adorable Maruts, you cause (a son) to be born to the man (who worships you), a ruler, an over-comer of foes, and modelled by Vibhvan; from you, Maruts, comes a valiant descendant, strong-fisted, mighty armed; from you (he acquires) an excellent steed.”
