Rig Veda 5.43.12

आ वे॒धसं॒ नील॑पृष्ठं बृ॒हन्तं॒ बृह॒स्पतिं॒ सद॑ने सादयध्वम् । सा॒दद्यो॑निं॒ दम॒ आ दी॑दि॒वांसं॒ हिर॑ण्यवर्णमरु॒षं स॑पेम ॥
आ वेधसं नीलपृष्ठं बृहन्तं बृहस्पतिं सदने सादयध्वम् । सादद्योनिं दम आ दीदिवांसं हिरण्यवर्णमरुषं सपेम ॥
ā vedhasaṃ nīlapṛṣṭham bṛhantam bṛhaspatiṃ sadane sādayadhvam | sādadyoniṃ dama ā dīdivāṃsaṃ hiraṇyavarṇam aruṣaṃ sapema ||

English translation:

“(Priests) plural ce the mighty Bṛhaspati, the creator whose back is dark blue, in the chamber (of sacrifice); let us worship him who is seated in the interior of the mansion, everywhere shining, golden-hued, resplendent.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Whose back is dark blue: that is, who is enveloped in smoke, from this and other attributes specified and his presence in the sacrificial chamber, the inference is that Bṛhaspati is Agni, ityādi liṅgair apyagnir eva Bṛhaspatiḥ
