Rig Veda 5.29.10

प्रान्यच्च॒क्रम॑वृह॒: सूर्य॑स्य॒ कुत्सा॑या॒न्यद्वरि॑वो॒ यात॑वेऽकः । अ॒नासो॒ दस्यूँ॑रमृणो व॒धेन॒ नि दु॑र्यो॒ण आ॑वृणङ्मृ॒ध्रवा॑चः ॥
प्रान्यच्चक्रमवृहः सूर्यस्य कुत्सायान्यद्वरिवो यातवेऽकः । अनासो दस्यूँरमृणो वधेन नि दुर्योण आवृणङ्मृध्रवाचः ॥
prānyac cakram avṛhaḥ sūryasya kutsāyānyad varivo yātave 'kaḥ | anāso dasyūm̐r amṛṇo vadhena ni duryoṇa āvṛṇaṅ mṛdhravācaḥ ||

English translation:

“You have formerly detached one wheel (of the car) of Sūrya; another you have given to Kutsa wherewith to acquire wealth; with the thunderbolt you have confounded the voiceless Dasyus, you have destroyed in battle the speech-bereft (foes).”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Confounded with voiceless dasyus: anāso dasyūn amṛṇaḥ: anāsa = asyarahitān, devoid or deprived of words, asya, face or mouth, being put by metonymy for śabda, the sound that comes from the mouth, articulate speech;  Dasyus are also called amṛdhravācas = hiṃsita vāgindriyan = having defective organs of speech
