Rig Veda 5.15.2

ऋ॒तेन॑ ऋ॒तं ध॒रुणं॑ धारयन्त य॒ज्ञस्य॑ शा॒के प॑र॒मे व्यो॑मन् । दि॒वो धर्म॑न्ध॒रुणे॑ से॒दुषो॒ नॄञ्जा॒तैरजा॑ताँ अ॒भि ये न॑न॒क्षुः ॥
ऋतेन ऋतं धरुणं धारयन्त यज्ञस्य शाके परमे व्योमन् । दिवो धर्मन्धरुणे सेदुषो नॄञ्जातैरजाताँ अभि ये ननक्षुः ॥
ṛtena ṛtaṃ dharuṇaṃ dhārayanta yajñasya śāke parame vyoman | divo dharman dharuṇe seduṣo nṝñ jātair ajātām̐ abhi ye nanakṣuḥ ||

English translation:

“They are detaining by sacrifice the true recipient (of offerings) in the most eminent plural ce of the ceremony, who brings together the leaders (of the rite), the unborn with the born, (or gods and men), as seated at the solemnity which is the stay of heaven.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

They are detaining by sacrifice: ṛtena ṛtam dharuṇam dhārayantaḥ, they, the yajamānas, hold or detain ṛtam dharuṇam yajñasya dhārakam satyam the true holder of sacrifice, that is, Agni, by the ceremony, parame vyomani utkṛṣṭe sthāne, in the best plural ce, that is, the altar
