अभू॑द्दे॒वः स॑वि॒ता वन्द्यो॒ नु न॑ इ॒दानी॒मह्न॑ उप॒वाच्यो॒ नृभि॑: । वि यो रत्ना॒ भज॑ति मान॒वेभ्य॒: श्रेष्ठं॑ नो॒ अत्र॒ द्रवि॑णं॒ यथा॒ दध॑त् ॥
अभूद्देवः सविता वन्द्यो नु न इदानीमह्न उपवाच्यो नृभिः । वि यो रत्ना भजति मानवेभ्यः श्रेष्ठं नो अत्र द्रविणं यथा दधत् ॥
abhūd devaḥ savitā vandyo nu na idānīm ahna upavācyo nṛbhiḥ | vi yo ratnā bhajati mānavebhyaḥ śreṣṭhaṃ no atra draviṇaṃ yathā dadhat ||

English translation:

“The divine Savitā has been manifested; he is at once to be glorified by us; he is to be praised by the priests at the present (rite), and at the close (of the day), in order that he who apportions precious things to be descendants of Manu may bestow upon us, on this occasion, most excellent wealth.”
