उप॑ नो वाजा अध्व॒रमृ॑भुक्षा॒ देवा॑ या॒त प॒थिभि॑र्देव॒यानै॑: । यथा॑ य॒ज्ञं मनु॑षो वि॒क्ष्वा॒३॒॑सु द॑धि॒ध्वे र॑ण्वाः सु॒दिने॒ष्वह्ना॑म् ॥
उप नो वाजा अध्वरमृभुक्षा देवा यात पथिभिर्देवयानैः । यथा यज्ञं मनुषो विक्ष्वासु दधिध्वे रण्वाः सुदिनेष्वह्नाम् ॥
upa no vājā adhvaram ṛbhukṣā devā yāta pathibhir devayānaiḥ | yathā yajñam manuṣo vikṣv āsu dadhidhve raṇvāḥ sudineṣv ahnām ||
English translation:
“Divine Vājas, Ṛbhus, come to our sacrifice by the path travelled by the gods, inasmuch as you, gracious (Ṛbhus), have maintained sacrifice among the people, (the progeny) of Manu, for (the sake of) securing the prosperous course of days.”
Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya
Ṛbhus: the text has ṛbhukṣaḥ, nominative sing. of ṛbhukṣin, a name of Indra; here, it is equated with ṛbhavaḥ, plural nominative of ṛbhu; in the following verses ṛbhukṣāṇaḥ is used, the nominative or voc. plural of ṛbhukṣin
