आ॒शुं दू॒तं वि॒वस्व॑तो॒ विश्वा॒ यश्च॑र्ष॒णीर॒भि । आ ज॑भ्रुः के॒तुमा॒यवो॒ भृग॑वाणं वि॒शेवि॑शे ॥
आशुं दूतं विवस्वतो विश्वा यश्चर्षणीरभि । आ जभ्रुः केतुमायवो भृगवाणं विशेविशे ॥
āśuṃ dūtaṃ vivasvato viśvā yaś carṣaṇīr abhi | ā jabhruḥ ketum āyavo bhṛgavāṇaṃ viśe-viśe ||

English translation:

“Men have brought, for the sake of all people, the swift messenger of the worshipper (to the gods), who (rules) over all mankind, the manifester, the resplendent.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Messenger of the worshipper: dūtam vivasvataḥ: vivasvataḥ = manuṣyasya yajama~nasya, of the man, of the worshipper; the replendent: bhṛgavāṇam bhṛguvad ācarantam, going like Bhṛgu, i.e., dīpyamānam ityartha, shining, or being kindled
