Rig Veda 3.55.17

यद॒न्यासु॑ वृष॒भो रोर॑वीति॒ सो अ॒न्यस्मि॑न्यू॒थे नि द॑धाति॒ रेत॑: । स हि क्षपा॑वा॒न्त्स भग॒: स राजा॑ म॒हद्दे॒वाना॑मसुर॒त्वमेक॑म् ॥
यदन्यासु वृषभो रोरवीति सो अन्यस्मिन्यूथे नि दधाति रेतः । स हि क्षपावान्त्स भगः स राजा महद्देवानामसुरत्वमेकम् ॥
yad anyāsu vṛṣabho roravīti so anyasmin yūthe ni dadhāti retaḥ | sa hi kṣapāvān sa bhagaḥ sa rājā mahad devānām asuratvam ekam ||

English translation:

“When the showerer roars in other (regions) he sends down the rain upon a different herd, for he is the victor, the auspicious, the sovereign; great and unequalled is the might of the gods.”
