Rig Veda 3.22.3

अग्ने॑ दि॒वो अर्ण॒मच्छा॑ जिगा॒स्यच्छा॑ दे॒वाँ ऊ॑चिषे॒ धिष्ण्या॒ ये । या रो॑च॒ने प॒रस्ता॒त्सूर्य॑स्य॒ याश्चा॒वस्ता॑दुप॒तिष्ठ॑न्त॒ आप॑: ॥
अग्ने दिवो अर्णमच्छा जिगास्यच्छा देवाँ ऊचिषे धिष्ण्या ये । या रोचने परस्तात्सूर्यस्य याश्चावस्तादुपतिष्ठन्त आपः ॥
agne divo arṇam acchā jigāsy acchā devām̐ ūciṣe dhiṣṇyā ye | yā rocane parastāt sūryasya yāś cāvastād upatiṣṭhanta āpaḥ ||

English translation:

“You move, Agni, to the vapour in heaven; you congregate the divinities who are the vital airs (of the body); you animate the waters in the bright region above the sun, as well as those that are in the firmament beneath.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Vapour in heaven: i.e. in the form of smoke; congregate the divinities: devān ūciṣe dhiṣṇyā ye: dhiṣṇa = prāṇya; or, the devās presiding over the vital airs, prāṇābhimānino devāḥ;

Ūciṣe = samavetān karoṣi; the bright region above the sun: rocane parastāt sūryasya: rocana = loka or region where the fiery radiance burns, rocano nāmāyam loko yatra āgneyam jyotis. tapatī, above the sun, sūryasyopariṣṭāt
