Rig Veda 2.27.1

इ॒मा गिर॑ आदि॒त्येभ्यो॑ घृ॒तस्नू॑: स॒नाद्राज॑भ्यो जु॒ह्वा॑ जुहोमि । शृ॒णोतु॑ मि॒त्रो अ॑र्य॒मा भगो॑ नस्तुविजा॒तो वरु॑णो॒ दक्षो॒ अंश॑: ॥
इमा गिर आदित्येभ्यो घृतस्नूः सनाद्राजभ्यो जुह्वा जुहोमि । शृणोतु मित्रो अर्यमा भगो नस्तुविजातो वरुणो दक्षो अंशः ॥
imā gira ādityebhyo ghṛtasnūḥ sanād rājabhyo juhvā juhomi | śṛṇotu mitro aryamā bhago nas tuvijāto varuṇo dakṣo aṃśaḥ ||

English translation:

“I present continually, with the ladle (of speech), these oblation-dropping hymns to the royal Ādityas; may Mitra, Aryaman, Bhaga, the multi-present Varuṇa, the powerful Aṃśa, hear us.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Ādityas, sons of Aditi: here only five are enumerated. Taittirīya adds: dhātā, indra and vivasvat to make the total eight;  aṃśu (for aṃśa). Purāṇas enumerate twelve, adding to the eight of the Taittirīya: viṣṇu, pūṣan, tvaṣṭā and savitā).
