Rig Veda 2.11.20

अ॒स्य सु॑वा॒नस्य॑ म॒न्दिन॑स्त्रि॒तस्य॒ न्यर्बु॑दं वावृधा॒नो अ॑स्तः । अव॑र्तय॒त्सूर्यो॒ न च॒क्रं भि॒नद्व॒लमिन्द्रो॒ अङ्गि॑रस्वान् ॥
अस्य सुवानस्य मन्दिनस्त्रितस्य न्यर्बुदं वावृधानो अस्तः । अवर्तयत्सूर्यो न चक्रं भिनद्वलमिन्द्रो अङ्गिरस्वान् ॥
asya suvānasya mandinas tritasya ny arbudaṃ vāvṛdhāno astaḥ | avartayat sūryo na cakram bhinad valam indro aṅgirasvān ||
English translation:
“Invigorated (by the libation) of the exulting Trita, offering you the Soma, you have annihilated Arbuda; Indra, aided by the Aṅgirasa, has whirled round his bolt, as the tun turns round his wheel, and slain Bala.”
Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya
As the sun turns round his wheel: sūryo na cakram; if na is used in the negative sense, the phrase means: when the sun did not turn his wheel or stool still through fear of the asura; or, that Indra whirled the wheel like the sun, having taken one of the wheels of the sun's chariot as a weapon against Bala
