त्वं दू॒तस्त्वमु॑ नः पर॒स्पास्त्वं वस्य॒ आ वृ॑षभ प्रणे॒ता । अग्ने॑ तो॒कस्य॑ न॒स्तने॑ त॒नूना॒मप्र॑युच्छ॒न्दीद्य॑द्बोधि गो॒पाः ॥
त्वं दूतस्त्वमु नः परस्पास्त्वं वस्य आ वृषभ प्रणेता । अग्ने तोकस्य नस्तने तनूनामप्रयुच्छन्दीद्यद्बोधि गोपाः ॥
tvaṃ dūtas tvam u naḥ paraspās tvaṃ vasya ā vṛṣabha praṇetā | agne tokasya nas tane tanūnām aprayucchan dīdyad bodhi gopāḥ ||

English translation:

“Showerer (of benefits), Agni, be you our messenger (to the gods); our preserver from evil; the conveyer to us of wealth; the protector of our sons and grandsons, and of our person ns; understand (our prayer), ever heedful and resplendent.”
