Rig Veda 1.190.4

अ॒स्य श्लोको॑ दि॒वीय॑ते पृथि॒व्यामत्यो॒ न यं॑सद्यक्ष॒भृद्विचे॑ताः । मृ॒गाणां॒ न हे॒तयो॒ यन्ति॑ चे॒मा बृह॒स्पते॒रहि॑मायाँ अ॒भि द्यून् ॥
अस्य श्लोको दिवीयते पृथिव्यामत्यो न यंसद्यक्षभृद्विचेताः । मृगाणां न हेतयो यन्ति चेमा बृहस्पतेरहिमायाँ अभि द्यून् ॥
asya śloko divīyate pṛthivyām atyo na yaṃsad yakṣabhṛd vicetāḥ | mṛgāṇāṃ na hetayo yanti cemā bṛhaspater ahimāyām̐ abhi dyūn ||

English translation:

“The gloryof this Bṛhaspati spreads through heaven and earth like the sun; receiving worship, and giving intelligence, he bestows (the rewards of sacrifice); like the weapons of the hunters, so these (weapons) of Bṛhaspati fall daily upon the workers of guile.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Like the weapons of the hunters: mṛgāṇām na hetayaḥ = hantum anviṣyatam āyudhanīva, like the weapons of those seeking to kill
