Rig Veda 1.186.10

प्रो अ॒श्विना॒वव॑से कृणुध्वं॒ प्र पू॒षणं॒ स्वत॑वसो॒ हि सन्ति॑ । अ॒द्वे॒षो विष्णु॒र्वात॑ ऋभु॒क्षा अच्छा॑ सु॒म्नाय॑ ववृतीय दे॒वान् ॥
प्रो अश्विनाववसे कृणुध्वं प्र पूषणं स्वतवसो हि सन्ति । अद्वेषो विष्णुर्वात ऋभुक्षा अच्छा सुम्नाय ववृतीय देवान् ॥
pro aśvināv avase kṛṇudhvam pra pūṣaṇaṃ svatavaso hi santi | adveṣo viṣṇur vāta ṛbhukṣā acchā sumnāya vavṛtīya devān ||

English translation:

“Propitiate the Aśvins and Pūṣan, for my protection; (propitiate) those (deities), who are of independent powers, as Viṣṇu, devoid of hatred, Vāyu and Ṛbhukṣin, and may I influence the gods to be present for my felicity.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Who are of independent powers: svatavaso hi santi = ye svāyattabalāḥ santi, those who are self-dependent, powerful;
